For job seekers

• Apply with your résumé on any job. No account is needed, and we read your name, email and phone from the résumé.
• A recruiter reviews your application against every open search, not only the one you clicked.
• If you fit, a recruiter contacts you to explain the job, the employer, the pay and the schedule.
• Your résumé is shared with an employer only after you agree to that specific job.
• The employer interviews you and hires you directly. You never pay Paloma Talent.

For employers

• Tell us who you need. We search our active network and recruit for the role.
• Each candidate we present comes with the résumé evidence behind each of your requirements.
• You interview, decide and hire directly; the person is your employee.
• Under your agreement, the placement fee is due when your candidate accepts your offer.

Confidentiality and consent

Our job postings describe the employer by type and area, for example “A hospital in Arlington, TX”, unless the employer authorizes us to name it. Candidates choose whether we may contact them by email and phone, and separately whether we may text them.
