Paloma Talent is a Texas-based healthcare recruiter that recruits nationwide for direct hire. We find nurses, surgical techs, nurse leaders, caregivers and allied health professionals for hospitals, surgery centers, practices, home health and home infusion agencies, schools and families, and the employer hires them directly.
