Questions
Is this the same as applying for a job?
No. Applying is for a specific opening on the jobs board. Creating your profile joins the Paloma Talent network, so agencies with a matching need can find you without an opening being posted first. If you do both, Paloma keeps one profile for you.
Does joining mean Paloma has verified my licence?
No. Your profile is what your résumé and you state. A hiring agency verifies your licence and credentials before employment or assignment, and your profile says "not verified" until then.
Where are the opportunities?
Join from any U.S. state. Paloma Talent works with opportunities across home health, home infusion, specialty pharmacy, infusion suites and other healthcare operators. Availability varies by location and employer; your profile stays in the network for relevant searches.
Who sees my résumé?
Agencies searching a real staffing need see what your résumé says about your experience and the reason you matched. Paloma does not share your résumé file with an employer without asking you first.
Can I leave?
Yes. Email hello@palomacares.com or reply to any Paloma message and we stop contacting you; opt-outs are honoured network-wide.
